About us

 

Kalcrest Care was founded in 2007 by the current directors Richard Jenkinson and Andrew Shepherd. The company was established with a view to create an independent domiciliary provider that delivers home care services.

 

Richard Jenkinson realised that whilst there were a number of recruitment agencies specialising in Health and Social Care workers, there was a lack of agencies who had directors and consultants that had previous front-line experience in the Health and Social Care industry, having worked in the Private Sector, the NHS and Social Services within many different fields, he soon realised that he could use his extensive knowledge, experience and dedication to provide a high standard of care to all their clients, service users and workers.

 

Kalcrest Care has contracts with Kirklees, Leeds and Bradford councils, the local NHS authority in these areas. We also provide services directly to individuals on a private basis.

Quality care packages are delivered by Kalcrest to meet the service user’s individual needs. We are regulated and monitored on a regular basis by the Care Quality Commission, Our current CQC rating is good.
